The Goose & Turrets is dedicated to serving four courses of healthy
breakfast comprising something guests probably wouldn't cook for
themselves.
Every morning we start out with Ethiopian Harrar coffee
(regular or decaf - always freshly ground and brewed}; then may come:
- Highland Morn tea, orange juice, melon and prosciutto, hot oatmeal,
Southwest corn pancakes with sour cream and salsa, and mandarin
orange sherbet
- Ceylon and India tea, cran-raspberry juice, fresh fruit plate,
chompipe con queso (ask about the name), and black cherries in brandy
sauce with crème chantilly
- Queen Catherine tea, apple juice, smoked salmon and cream cheese on a
baby bagel, blackberry filled Dutch baby, and cheese board
- English Breakfast tea, tangerine juice, mango porcupine, garden omelet
with country sausage and sour dough toast, and pot de creme du
chocolat avec creme chantilly
